2022 Confirmation Program

The Rite of Confirmation is more than a right of passage, it is an important milestone in our walk of faith.  Also known as Affirmation of Baptism, it represents an individuals personal confession of faith in Jesus Christ.  As Lutheran Christians we baptize our children into faith, asking the Holy Spirit to "plant the seed of faith" in his/her heart and nurture it to maturity.  In the Rite of Confirmation the individual claims that faith as their own.

All 6th-8th grade students are invited to journey together to learn more about Christianity, Lutheran doctrine and the Bible in preparation for this affirmation of faith.

We join our youth with youth from other ELCA congregations in the Synod so that this time is also rich in relationship building and Christian fellowship.
